Description
The JCM 137 Weld On Repair Sleeves are adept at addressing weak or leaking sections resulting from various issues such as damage (dents, gouges), subpar welds, flawed piping material, external/internal corrosion, and other problematic causes. Specifically designed to repair and fortify in-service steel pipelines amidst shutdown or service disruptions.
Offered in Models 177 and 137, these sleeves can be tailored as either full-body or partial repair sleeves to suit specific application requirements. Fittings come with standard beveled edges for welding, featuring square-cut sleeve ends, while welding back-up strips are available as needed. Both carbon steel and stainless steel options are available in pressure grade and structural grade materials.
