JCM HDPE Pipe Stiffeners are engineered to bolster the interior wall of HDPE pipes, ensuring robust support for critical pipe joining scenarios. These stiffeners are highly recommended for all pipe end connections employing mechanical bolt-on fittings, as they effectively buttress the pipe’s end and manage the “necking down” reaction caused by pressure during the standard installation of fittings used in pipe joining operations.

Crafted from stainless steel material, either 304 or 316, the JCM HDPE Pipe Stiffeners are meticulously shaped to match the actual inside pipe diameter provided by the customer. This precise formation facilitates easy installation and preserves the correct outside diameter, ensuring a seamless and trouble-free application that delivers long-term reliability. Available for both Steel Size and Ductile Iron Size HDPE pipes, these stiffeners cater to various SDRs including 11, 13.5, 17, 21, 26, and 32.5.
